The Winchester Education Foundation is playing a large role in support of the 100 the Anniversary celebration of John Handley High School’s first century. This incredible community-wide celebration will feature a wide range of activities throughout 2023-2024. There will even be a Handley 100 the Anniversary float in the 2024 Apple Blossom parade.
