The Winchester Education Foundation (WEF) announced today, May 27, 2015 that Bonnie Blue Concerts will present the Patsy Cline Classic VII featuring Country Music Hall of Famer, Vince Gill, performing on stage at the Patsy Cline Theatre at Handley High School on Friday, September 11, 2015. The concert begins at 8PM. Doors open at 7PM.
